SkyLine | Kàto above the rooftops of Florence

Bespoke furnishings, carefully selected materials and stainless steel details define a project that looks towards the city, bringing its character into every interior.

Overlooking the Arno River, with privileged views of Ponte Vecchio and Florence Cathedral, SkyLine was created by merging two adjacent apartments in the heart of Florence. A project by interior designer Denize Onel transforming the spaces into a residence shaped by light, panoramic views and a deeply personal vision of contemporary living.

Driven by the clients’ desire to create a home that truly reflected their taste and personality, SkyLine takes shape through a carefully considered interior design approach and an extensive use of bespoke furnishings. The result is an eclectic and sophisticated residence, where luxury is expressed through refined materials, custom-made details and a constant pursuit of balance. Bespoke boiserie, bookcases, a backlit onyx bar and numerous tailor-made elements guide the eye towards the exterior, allowing Florence to become an integral part of the living experience.

For Deniz Onel, selecting the tapware was no longer a question. Following the previous project completed with Radomonte, the decision came naturally. Build quality, refined finishes and, above all, the feeling the product conveys in everyday use had already proven to meet the highest design expectations.

The bathrooms feature Kàto, Radomonte’s AISI 316L stainless steel collection, specified with wall-mounted basin mixers, free-standing bath mixer, thermostatic shower mixer and shower kit, all in a Gold PVD finish. Completing the interiors are the WC flush plate together with the Round accessories—toilet brush holder, tumbler and soap dispenser—while the Square kitchen accessories extend the same design language into the kitchen. A coordinated system that complements the selected materials and bespoke furnishings, creating a consistent identity throughout the residence.

During the design process, SkyLine also took on a deeply personal meaning, becoming the fulfilment of a vision that Deniz Onel chose to carry forward with sensitivity and respect. The result is a home that tells a story far beyond interior design: an authentic space where views, materials and details coexist in a timeless balance.
